Based on a project developed in partnership with Braskem, the largest petrochemical company in the Americas and a world leader in the production of biopolymers, Inline started manufacturing polypropylene (PP)

for signaling, public organization and isolation of areas. The product is the only option in plastic of the national market and presents / displays a series of advantages in relation to the metallic similar, like smaller weight and greater practicality, besides being 100% recyclable.

"Despite the short time since launch, the grids have already been used in renowned music festivals, sporting events and fairs in the country. In addition, the product has been adopted by industries such as Braskem, which must comply with the Ministry of Labor's Norma Regulamentadora 12 (NR-12), which regulates safety at work in machinery and equipment, "says César Yoshizumi, director of Inline.

The Inline grille is the largest in the world built by a massive monoblock piece of injected plastic, ensuring robustness and absence of fragile spots. The entire development process was carried out with technical support from Braskem's team of specialists. "We are increasingly seeking to contribute innovative projects such as this, which provide new uses for plastic and generate added value for the chain," says Alexandre Zaccara, responsible for Braskem's industrial development platform.

The good acceptance in the market is related to aspects such as ease of transportation, because they have an anatomical format in ergonomic height; because they can be queued optimally; and docking, even in unevenness. Another advantage is the friendly look and the possibility of customizing the grids in a simple and practical way, with a central area for boards and adhesives and tarpaulin fixing points. In addition, the product has protection against ultraviolet rays, which provides great durability and mechanical resistance even in external areas.

The company's business strategy also considers aspects of sustainability and closed cycle, through the Trade Inline program. The customer who returns an old grid for recycling receives a 40% discount on the purchase of a new one.
