Arpoador received music, art, sport and a fair of independent projects and gastronomy on October 4.
Created to celebrate and promote exchanges between the cultures of Rio de Janeiro and California, two of the most beloved and celebrated summer spots around the globe, the festival is the starting point for a string of parties called Rio California Summer , which from December to February will occupy the terrace of the Costa Brava Club, always on Thursdays, from 5pm to 11pm, on 6 different dates, in a beachclub format.
